The location was great for exploring historic sites, near the heart of everything. the staff showed warmth, and they gave help so easy. i loved riyad and abdulaziz from the night team. They were like gentle stars, always there. the bellboys ozay and abdullah also stood out with patient hearts.
our rooms windows were not made with sound proofing. the sound of the call to prayer often entered, it broke my peace at night. i found it hard to sleep with these lovely sounds going on through the night.

the family room had adequate space for our small family, and the layout felt open. it gave room to breathe during our intimate stay, so everything felt close. i enjoyed having all the amenities close by, so we never missed anything.

i love the hotel location. it was close to many historical places. hasan akbulat was a kind bellboy. he help with our bags.
our room was small and not too cozy. the air conditioner was broken. it was too hot in the room, so sleeping was difficult. the receptionists was not friendly.

attentive staffexcellent service
i found the location very convenient for exploring major attractions. i particularly enjoyed the beautiful architecture and the attentive staff. the bellhop ekrem provided excellent service and was very helpful with recommendations. chourouk at the reception also spoke perfect english and was very professional, which i appreciated.

the breakfast had a huge buffet with a varied selection of items i particularly appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit available each morning the dining staff was also very attentive.

the pool area offered a relaxing space after a day of sightseeing it included comfortable loungers and a shaded section. i also enjoyed the spa treatment to recover from all the walking i had done during the day.

the hotel is close to the major attractions making it easy to explore. many restaurants surround it i could even see hagia sophia from my room which was a good surprise.

the staff were great too ensure i felt welcomed and cared for. ahmet at the reception and mawada were very helpful with any questions i had. they resolved all questions in a professional manner.
